Delivery and Shipping Fees Policy

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We endeavour to dispatch orders that are received by 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday on the same day and if not, on the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm (AEST time) or on a public holiday or weekend will be sent the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on where the order is going, but it is between 1-3 days to most Australian locations. Some remote locations can take up to 7 days. If this information is required you can either refer to the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au or contact us.

Please note that all PO BOX orders will be dispatched using Australian post. Please visit http://www.auspost.com.au to check delivery and transit times. Tea Amo uses a third party shipping service provider, therefore we are not liable for any losses, damages (direct/indirect) or any added shipping expenses that may occur. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the client at the moment the purchased products are transferred to the third party.

We charge the following rates for shipping:

Standard flat rate shipping AU $9.95

Express Post Shipping AU $24.95

Domestic Orders over $250.00 FREE SHIPPING

Internationl Shipping rate of $30.00 (applies to most countries but if an order is over 500g an additional shipping fee may apply.


We charge a standard international shipping rate of $30.00 which applies to most countries, however, if an order is over 500g an additonal shipping fee may apply. We will quote you on shipping prior to processing your order if the order is above standard shipping). It is your responsibility to pay for any local import duties and taxes charged by your country. Each country has different requirements regarding importation of botanical products and we leave this part up to you, we can provide you with a list of botanical ingredients if required. When payment has been cleared, please allow 14 working days for the order to arrive. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by the customs department.

International delivery times vary depending on your country. We recommend allowing 5 -15 days for delivery. Please contact us if you require more specific delivery information.

If you need your order quickly, please choose express shipping. We will use the fastest possible delivery method to get it to you. However, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We ensure that everything we send to our customers has been checked. However if you receive a product that you believe is damaged or faulty on delivery we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion if we are contacted within 2 days of receiving your goods. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its condition as it was received.

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We only accept returns of an item if it is not in good condition or an error was made on our part. Any goods that are accepted for return must be in their original re-saleable condition with all of its packaging intact. Prior to returning goods that meets the above criteria you will need to contact us with your purchase details and invoice number so we can provide you with the correct information on how to return the item at no charge to yourself. Queries regarding your order must be made within 2 days of receiving your items.
